Description
Our intelligent electric actuators utilize precision stepper or servo motors for accurate position control of quarter-turn and multi-turn valves. The advanced PID control algorithm optimizes response time and eliminates overshoot.
Built-in sensors provide closed-loop feedback for precise speed and torque regulation. These smart actuators feature LED status indicators, fieldbus and industrial Ethernet communication, and intuitive software interfaces. With efficient heat dissipation and a robust housing, they are designed for reliable performance in harsh environments.
Multiple power options are available, including solar compatible DC motors.

Product introduction
Electric actuators are used to control valves and other similar products that rotate from 0° to 270°, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, flapper valves, plug valves, shutter valves, etc., and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking , power station, heating, building automation, light industry and other industries. It uses 380V/220V/110V AC power as the driving power, and 4-20mA current signal or 0-10V DC voltage signal as the control signal, which can make the valve move to the desired position and realize its Double-linked cams are used to facilitat automatic control. The maximum output torque reaches 4000NM.
