Description
Explosion proof electric actuators are engineered for reliable performance in hazardous gas and dust environments. Certified for Class I Div 1 conditions, these actuators utilize flameproof enclosures and conduit seals to prevent sparks and heat.
The robust metal housing withstands high pressures during blast events. Dual seals on the power shaft isolate the interior from the surrounding atmosphere. Rated for a wide temperature range, they prevent ignition in areas with flammable gases, vapors or fibers. The PLC-based control system allows customized programming for each application.
With UL, ATEX, IECEx and other global certifications, these actuators enable safe valve automation in oil/gas, chemical/pharma, and other facilities handling combustible materials.

Product introduction
QT series electric actuators are used to control 0°~270°rotating valves and other similar products,such as butterfly valves, ball valves, damper valves, flapper valves, plug valves, shutter valves, etc., and can be widely used in petrochemical, water treatment, and shipbuilding , papermaking, power station, heating, Yuyu automatic control, light industry and other industries. It uses 380V/220V/AC power supply as the driving power, and takes the switch signal or analog signal (4-20mA, 1-10V DC, 1-5V Dc) as the control signal to make the valve move to the desired position and realize its automation control. This product has obtained CE and explosion-proof certification, and the product quality is guaranteed.
Product features
1.Windows
There are two small grooves on the window cover, which is convenient for rainwater to drain, and it is regarded as a convex mirror without water accumulation, which is easier to observe. The rain on the flowing water window cover may affect the sealing of the window, so the two small grooves can prevent the above problems from happening.
2.Cam and limit switch
Fastened by two screws, easy to set, each cam can be set individually, once set, each cam will stay in this position forever.
3.Torque switch
The torque switch can prevent the motor from overheating due to overload and damage to internal components. Once the torque switch works, the actuator should stop acting immediately
4.The combination of the upper cover and the body is a slope
In other actuators, since the joint surface of the upper cover and the body is vertical, it is not easy to remove the upper cover due to the small tolerance of the size. Explosion-proof actuators are dimensioned with a 3° bevel, which solves this problem and removes the top cover easily, although tolerances are still tight.
5.Anti-loosening bolt
The bolts of the upper cover are specially designed, and they will not fall off during maintenance and installation. All external bolts are made of stainless steel and will not rust.
6.Manual operation (clutch system)
Manual/automatic conversion handle and handwheel are used for manual operation. After the power is turned on, the handle will automatically reset and convert to automatic mode.
7.Terminal block
There are enough terminals to make it easy for users to use and to ensure a tight, reliable wire connection.
8.Desiccant
7~10W is made of ceramics, with a metal shell for fast heat dissipation and long life, and is equipped with a thermal protector to prevent overheating, and can play a good heating and dehumidification effect.
